Scrapfest at YNS and LE stamps on Sale now!

Today is a very special day over at Your Next Stamp.  We are celebrating SCRAPFEST!!! As part of this special event Karen was asked to create 2 special Limited Edition stamps.

The event is being held in Oshawa, Ontario Friday and Saturday - October 14th and 15th and YNS will be there with a booth filled with goodies! If you live in that area - swing by and say Hello.

Here is a little something I put together a while ago for our last celebration of Scrapfest featuring Shopper Fhiona.  Many of you may not have seen this, so I wanted to share it again.

 

I added a Checklist that was actually a Christmas Checklist that I altered a little :) Can't do shopping without a check list!

 

This is an altered notebook that I picked up at the dollar store for a buck :) During 'Back to School' sales you can find them for even cheaper. I always have a stack of these composition books around - they are perfect for altering!

On to my project. I created a ScrapFest Checklist/Notebook. I took a standard notebook and altered it. 

She is colored with Copics and my Papers are from Colorbok. The blue ribbon is a radom piece I had in my stash, and the lace ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbons March Club Kit. 

You can not attend Scrapfest wthout a notebook for jotting down your checklist of things to bring, things to buy and every other scribble needed for that day.
