Happy Winter :)

Hey Everyone,

I finally got my stitches out of my finger Monday YIPPEEE and let me just say the word 'HURT' is an understatement HA. It hurt even worse then them going in. When they put them in I was numb, but coming out I was screaming LOL. I'm still curious what the patients in the waiting room where thinking when they heard me screaming for 10 minutes straight hehehehe.

Unfortunately there is a small spot that is still open :( I think for sure the doctor who stitched me up def missed a spot. I put a butterfly stitch on it and hopefully it will close up as well. I guess I had this fantasy that once the stitches came out of my finger it would be all better .... and it's not even close lol. In my frustration I decided to go sit at my desk and try for a card. I'm going to have to work around this all best I can since being healed looks like it will be a long time into the future. I just got my ATS haul and I jumped right in. Here is the card I created today...

How cute is this!!! I have been wanting to do a winter card for awhile, and yesterday we got 6 inches of snow so I thought it was the perfect time.

This is the first time I used my Copics to completely color an image and
airbrush. I airbrushed around the image with my new Copics airbrush system and my new compact air compressor (pictures to come) :) I love how it all turned out.

Here are a few Close ups of my Card...

I used Stickles for some glitter and I used Polar White Flowersoft below the Image for snow :)

This image is so adorbale and so perfect for any Winter Greeting!

I used this weeks SCS Sketch, SC314.

Hope you guys liked it and thanks so much for stopping in. Make sure you stay tuned cuz I have a bunch of haul pictures I want to share. I usually don't do haul pictures, but I got SOOOO much new stuff that I figured it would be fun!

Copics Used:
Hair: Y13,Y15,Y17 and YR07
Skin: E0000, E00, E02 and R20 for Cheeks

I'm so glad you are past the hurdle of having stitches. I'm sure it will heal up quicker than you think. Your card is adorable! I love the icicle trim at the top, and that little charm is darling.
