Saturday Challenge ...and a JOKE? :)

I'm almost back home - I thinkz :) I don't have a card to show today, but I will be returning on the 15th and I may threw something fun together for my return using one of the new images that got released this past week at MSB. Thanks for visiting my blog while I was on vacation and I appreciate all the lovely comments you guys leave.

"Hunting Flies"
He responded.

"Oh. Killing any?"

"Yep, 3 males, 2 Females," he replied.

Saturday Challenge Preview at MSB

Hey guys, my Autopost bot self is back! I'm still away on vacay, but my autoposts are here lol...Gotta love the auto post! The day is here and I can finally show you a full preview of the new image being released for this weeks Saturday Challenge at the Modern Sugar Blvd Blog. Here is it!

HOW PRETTY IS THIS SCENE!!!???. I Love it love it!!! *swoons* lol. I had a blast coloring this. So much fun. NEW RELEASES and Saturday Challange Sneak Peek at MSB...

Hi Guys,

This is a message brought to you by AUTOPOST BOT Dee lol. Today is the day ...THE NEW RELEASES!!!! Please scroll down and see the preview I posted yesterday of BBQ Momma :) Make sure you get your shopping gear ready and head on over to the MSB Blog and check out all the new images. If by chance the new images are not showing up yet on the blog - they will by this afternoon so check back! Most new releases occur after 1PM :)

Also, this weeks MSB Saturday challenge will be super fun. The challenge is brought to you by our super talented Crystal. If you have not checked out her blog please do so (link in right side bar). Her coloring skills are out of this world!!! The Challenge this week was to make a card that fits in a #10 size envelope. This was a REAL challenge for me and it was way outside my comfort zone. Since I'm a creature of habit and love making 5x5 an 6x6 cards, I bit my nails a few times on this one hehehe. Gotta love a challenge that really gets you thinking and working!

BUT........ you can't see the image just yet :) Here is a lil peek. I'm sorry it's so blurry but I think you get the idea. I have to say, to date, this is my fav MSB image. If you are like me and like to color you will LOVE this image. Come back tomorrow and I will be able to show you the entire card and image :)

Modern Sugar Blvd June release Preview

YAYYYYY - It's almost here, *doing a happy dance* - The MSB June Releases!

Here is a preview of BBQ Momma!!!! Akkk - how cute and sexy is she?! Throw on the chicken and ribs Momma, we are all hungry :) Just in time for the Fourth of July and all our BBQ parties! How fun would it be to include her on your invitations!!!

Also, We have New Guest Designer this month! Lisa Foster. How exciting is that! She is super talented and I'm honored to get to work with her. It's a pleasure to have someone so talented join us. SNEAKY PEEKY for Modern Sugar Blvd June Releases

Hopefully right now I'm at the beach or the pool sippin' on a margerita -or- sleeping in LOL. I'm away on VACAY, but actually here. Gotta love the Auto post. From here until the June 15th you will be seeing autoposts that I have pre-planned and set to post here for the time I'm away. You won't even know I'm gone!

Now on to the RELEASE!!! AKKK -I'm so excited about this. On June 11th, just a few days away, Modern Sugar Blvd will be having a BIG release!!! YIPPEE!!! It's release party time!

Here is a sneak peek for one of the images coming out for the 11th.

It's yummy! There are a bunch of new images that will be released that day as well, so make sure you mark your calendars! Also if you come back and visit me here tomorrow - I will have the full card and image for you to see. Your going to FLIP for this one!

Here comes the Bride...

NO, not me lol. At least not yet! The Bride is my card lol. Here is the the new image and challenge that will be released tomorrow, Saturday June 6th, at Modern Sugar Blvd. Today if your reading this on Saturday - haha :)

The challenge was to use this image (and there are also wonderful champange glasses as well). Part of the challenge is to use something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue....how fun is that! So here is my take for the Challange.

OLD: The Swarovski Crystals

NEW: The Image :) and the Metallic Paper I used as a base (a lil hard to see in the picture but yummy IRL)

BORROWED: The Glue

BLUE: The DP didn't originally have blue so I used my Gel pen to add blue touches and of course the blue flowers, blue Prima and the blue CS.

Also, I will be gone on vacation until the 15th :) Any posts you see from now til then will be auto posts. I sure hope they work *crosses fingers*. I wouldn't deprive you guys of sneak peeks and previews - the horror of it! lol :) Plus.... MSB is also having a major release on June 11th and you won't want to miss out on that. Your Groovy

Here is another image that was released this past Saturday at the Modern Sugar Blvd Store .....it's so GROOOVY lol. I had a blast making this card and mixing colors I normal would not mix. I used my 1$ papers from Michael's and added the red in for accent. I usually don't mix red and greens til Christmas lol. I topped it off with a prima flower and sprakle brad.
